Returns Policy -  48 hour Trial Period

If for any reason you are not happy with your instrument within 2 days of receiving it, phone us! We will provide you with a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number WILL be refused. It is your responsibility and cost to ship the merchandise within 48 hours after calling us for the return authorization number. Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer until it is received and inspected by Choice-Guitars.com You must fully insure the instrument for its return shipment, re-packed carefully into its case with all previously provided paperwork, and in the exact same condition as when we shipped it to you. (No belt dings, pick guard scratches or pins added!) A minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed if the guitar isn't in perfect condition. After we have inspected, we will then issue a refund minus all shipping and insurance costs upon its return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Shipping

We ship UPS ground throughout the lower 48 states for FREE. Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we will have to detgermine your rates once we have your zip code. If you are impatient and desire a faster shipping method (and willing to pay the cost) we will determine the additional rates over ground rates and let you know what it would add to your bill before shipping.

At this time we are not ready to ship internationally.

Payment 

We accept Mastercard and Visa, certified checks and Money Orders. Your guitar will be shipped when payment in full is received. We will let you know when it leaves our studio with its tracking number. We must collect sales tax of 7.275% if you are a Minnesota resident. You may owe additional taxes to your home state, but Choice-Guitars.com does not collect them!
